Two charts, four ways of reading a record.

The atlases are free to look at. Each name on the historical charts and on the current Congress chart has a written page. The 2026 chart is different on purpose: those dots are party programs, explained in the article on the federal elections, not personal voting records.

• World leadersHeads of government, placed from the public governing record. Extremes are marked and are not recommendations.
• United StatesThe sitting Congress from roll calls, presidents and former members from the governing record, and the 2026 federal field from party programs.
